Mother BoardMother Anice WalkerTo serve as a Godly role model for the younger women of the church. Maintain a fervent and effectual prayer life. To serve as dedicated prayer warriors, which will be part of the Spiritual Leadership Team of the church. Trustee MinistryTo be custodians of all properties belonging to the Church and be responsible for it's protection, management and maintenance and represent the Church in legal matters. The Trustees are knowledgeable of all financial matters of the Church.2nd Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.
Pastor's Aid MinistryDeaconess Frances YoungTo financially support the Pastor's birthday, vacations, Christmas etc. and coordinate the Pastor's Anniversary Celebration.2nd Sunday - following the morning service
Finance MinistryBro. Donald Stancell, ChairmanShall seek guidance and direction from the Pastor and be responsible for the fiscal affairs of the Church and Day Care Center. Preparation and submission of an annual budget for the approval of the Joint Board and Church; giving counsel, assistance, and advice to the Joint Board. The Finance Ministry shall be responsible for overseeing all expenditures that are authorized by the budget. The Finance Ministry shall coordinate with the Trustee Ministry and the Church Treasurer to account for all church income and collections. The Finance Ministry shall coordinate with the Day Care Manager and Church Treasurer to account for the Day Care Center income and tuition collections, and to regularly maintain an accounting of all bank accounts.Bi-Monthly at 7:00p.m.
